Once received, please pay application fee below ($67 per adult).
Lease Application & Documents are required for each adult over the age of 18.
Required Documentation:
Valid Driver's License or State ID
Copy of SSN
4-6 Months of Bank Statements
3-6 Months Paystubs or:
6 Months Bank Statements with Social Security letter/Leave and Earnings Statement
Required Tenants' Benefit Package:
Renters' Insurance
Lawn Service (If applicable)
Quarterly HVAC Filter Replacement
Total Cost $35-$150 per property
Rental Criteria:
18 years or older
Maximum 2 tenants per bedroom
Pay $65 processing fee per applicant
Gross monthly income >2.5x rent amount
Verifiable residency history for past 2 years
If not available, security deposit may be increased
Pets
2 Pet maximum
Acceptable in most properties
Separate animal agreement is required.
Non-refundable deposit required ($300 per cat, $500 per dog)
Monthly pet fees ($25 per pet)
Breed restrictions apply (non-agreesive or very large pets)
Pet Deposit due with Security Deposit
